Code of Conduct

The Change Experience 2026 is a gathering for worship and teaching, open to people of every background. Everyone attending — guests, volunteers, speakers, crew, and staff — is asked to help keep it welcoming, respectful, and safe.

What we expect

  • Treat others with kindness, patience, and respect.
  • Follow the directions of event staff, volunteers, and venue security.
  • Respect the venue, equipment, and other people’s property.
  • Look after the children and vulnerable adults in your care.

What is not acceptable

  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive language toward anyone, including on the basis of religion, nationality, gender, age, or disability.
  • Threats, violence, or unsafe behaviour.
  • Disrupting sessions, blocking exits, or ignoring safety instructions.
  • Unauthorised soliciting, filming for commercial use, or leafleting.
  • Possession of prohibited items (see our Health & Safety page).

Safeguarding

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Any safeguarding concern about a child or vulnerable adult should be raised immediately with event staff on site or reported to us afterwards.

Photography & recording

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to appearing in event media used to promote TKT Church and its events. If you would prefer not to be featured, let a member of staff know on the day.

Consequences

We may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, anyone who breaches this Code, without refund of any paid add-ons, and may decline future registrations. Serious matters may be referred to venue security or the Dubai authorities.

Reporting

On the day, speak to any team member wearing event identification. At any other time, contact us at hello@tktchurch.com. Reports are handled discreetly.
