Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Change Experience 2026 (15 & 16 October 2026, Dubai) is a free event. Registration secures a seat and carries no ticket price, so there is normally nothing to refund. This policy explains what happens when plans change — yours or ours.

Cancelling your registration

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so we can release your seat to someone on the waiting list. You can do this from the link in your confirmation message, or by emailing us at hello@tktchurch.com. There is no penalty for cancelling.

No-shows

Seats are limited. If you register and do not attend without cancelling, we may limit priority for future TKT Church events. Registrations are personal and may not be sold or transferred; to bring someone else, cancel your seat and ask them to register directly.

Paid add-ons

If any optional paid item is offered (for example, parking or merchandise), its own refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Where those terms are silent, paid add-ons are refundable up to 7 days before the event and non-refundable after that, except where UAE consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Changes or cancellation by the organiser

Program, speakers, worship lineup, timing, and venue are subject to change. If we postpone the event, your registration carries over to the new date. If we cancel the event, all registrations are void and any paid add-ons are refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur.
