Your safety at The Change Experience 2026 is a shared responsibility between The Change Experience, the venue, and you. Please read this before you travel and follow the instructions of event staff and venue security at all times.
Doors open ahead of the published start time; arrive early to allow for entry checks. Bags may be searched and walk-through or hand-held screening may be in use, in line with Dubai venue requirements. Entry may be refused to anyone who declines screening.
In an emergency, follow staff and venue announcements and move calmly to the nearest exit and assembly point. Familiarise yourself with the exits near your seat when you arrive. For police, ambulance, or fire in the UAE, call 999 (police), 998 (ambulance), or 997 (fire).
First-aid support is available on site — ask any team member. If you have a medical condition that staff should know about, or you need to bring essential medication or equipment, tell us in advance at hello@tktchurch.com.
Step-free access, accessible seating, and companion seating can be arranged. See our Accessibility page and contact us early so we can prepare.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including during worship and prayer. There is no unaccompanied drop-off.
Sessions are held indoors in air conditioning; you may wish to bring a light layer. Stay hydrated, especially if you are travelling across Dubai in the evening heat.
